3 batteries work with it(new 7.5ah recommended) will stand for days on end. 2000w running(heater was 1500watt) including surge was about all it could take. Ran a heater and vacuum same time with little room to spare. Could run the little fridge for about two days if I needed Recharges one battery at a time for a time of an hour each battery, so this is best if you have other ego chargers as it is
