This is such a great stand up dealership.  First impression we went to the wrong car lot just next door, they advised me the guys next door were great.  Next the tire sensor was on the only flaw on my sons mustang.  It was fixed before we picked up the car.  We completed the paperwork the night before so pick up was painless.  When I asked about the rebuild, these kind men showed me before and after photos with nothing to hide.  All of the process put an ease to a mothers mind. Got an f150 from these awesome guys. Everything and I mean everything went smooth as can be. Had the truck for about 3-4 weeks and noticed something awfully wrong g with the front suspension. Called Chris and he said to bring it in asap and they will fix anything covered on the 1 year warranty. Well.... lemme tell you..

Not only did he keep his word, but they went wayyyy above and beyond to fix everything that was an issue on and off the warranty. No charge to me. I HIGHLY recommend this auto sales company to anyone on a budget that wants a good, reliable vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

Upgrade Auto has been AMAZING to work with. Chris and Kevin were very up front and honest about everything with the vehicle I recently purchased.  I had an issue after purchase and they took care of it in a timely manner. Very professional and honest. The whole process was very fast and did not take several hours like it does at a lot of other dealerships. MISLEADING advertising on a car.  I found a car on Autolist.com that I was interested in checking out.  When I asked for more info, I got a text from someone named Chris. He informed me that the car was $13,900 not $3999.
I told him about what I saw on autolist.com  about the car and even sent him photos of what I was seeing. He argued with me saying it clearly stated there was $3999 down. I told him I had set for cars not to be shown that was l more than $6000. He just continued to ARGUE  with me. I sent him screenshots of what information pointing out the $9900 price drop  Autolist.com was saying I might add the car had been on the market for 117 days ( my thoughts were why?, maybe this was the reason for the price drop)
He never apologized for the incorrect
posting. He basically just kept telling me I was wrong.
Now, I   can understand that things get messed up sometimes. I understand that the posting was not correct. Judging the interaction I had with the salesperson - I would never buy a car from him. I am posting photos of what the information Autolist.com said.
You would think ….. that after seeing the posting, it would be corrected so that no one else would get the wrong information. I went and looked for the car again this morning, and it was still there exactly the same with the misleading information.
