Reliable Motorboat / No boating License Needed

Description

It's a reliable outboard motorboat with a 4 stroke gasoline engine. It was converted to a 15 HP by the manufacturer. You can look up how they do this. On paper it's 9.9 HP so you can use it without going through the licencing, etc. It's so much quieter than the 2 stroke engines that require oil added to the gasoline. This 4 stroke is very fuel efficient. I never had a problem with it. It never shut off on me. I drive it up and down the Willamette and Columbia river. I think the engine is a 2008. I purchased it from Stevens Marine in SE Portland. They told me it has low miles. It looks like it has been taken care of well. The boat itself was made by a professional boat maker in Oregon. It's really strong and can take large waves. There are no leaks whatsoever. It has paddles, etc. I have had 5 adults on it at one time and it's amazing. I don't want to sell it but I must. I am willing to take it out on the water so you can test it well. We could also use a container of water to turn it on without going to the river or lake. The boat is controlled by a steering wheel and a variable speed controller on the left. The boat even goes in reverse. The boat has a key to turn it on. Cables can be connected to the battery to charge phones, use lights, etc. The engine keeps the battery charged like an alternator. The boat can be pulled by just about anything, as shown in my picture. I pull it with a 6 cylinder Mustang without any issue. You do not need a boating license because it's lower than the max. The boat is about 14 feet long and 5 feet wide. I can measure again if you want. The trailer is legal with brake lights, etc. The engine is a fuel efficient, quiet, and relatively powerful. The engine is much newer than the boat. It was originally a 9 HP but it was converted into a 15 HP. I am guessing they did this because of the benefits of not needing a boating license while still having adequate power. The boat goes plenty fast. The boat has a drain hole, paddles, etc. Because of my situation, I haven't been using it so I should sell it. I put more than $5,000 dollars into the system and I really miss the fun. I am open to delivering the boat to you. Let me know if you have any questions.
