Maybach Lester 57 Custom with Slim Taper 60’s Neck 2023 Ebony Relic

This is a 2023 Maybach Lester 57 Custom with a slim taper 60’s neck option. Finish is “black beauty” ebony with a very nice relic that Maybach is known for. Wood is cut in the Czech Republic where Deusenberg Guitars and Spector Basses are made, and finished in Germany. Bassiest, loudest, most vintage-correct Les Paul Custom you could get. Only sold in Europe and Asia so this was imported. Weight is 7.5lbs on the dot. Pickups are German Amber “Spirit Of ‘59” pickups which are $700 a set even before tariff fees and import costs. Amber Pickups are hand-made by the former head of the Gibson Custom Shop’s electronics department. The most accurate PAF Replicas possible (the closest I have heard to any of the 1950’s Les Paul’s I have played), made by the guy who made them for your favorite stars back in the Gibson rebirth of the 1990’s. The wood is cut by ultrasound to be as light and freely vibrating as possible, and matched by ultrasound to have a similar resonance between the neck and body. Uses Floridian Mahogany for the Body and Neck, with a beefy 1”+ thick Hard Rock Maple Top. Highest quality chocolate brown ebony fingerboard without any dye. Real Mother Of Pearl Inlays. 5-ply binding. Aged Gold Gotoh Hardware. 50’s wired CTS Pots with a fully copper shielded control cavity from the factory. Each guitar is pleked by Plek themselves as they are both brands of the same company. Comes with a light hardwood Case with Bavarian Green Velvet inside. Paisley-stamped Leather exterior with brass fittings and badging.
