This Toy Hauler is ready for you to take home, just in time for spring camping. Has had some damage in the past, but has since been repaired and water proof. There is damage to the drivers side upper back corner near the ramp where a tree branch fell on it, damaging the roof. the roof was subsequently repaired, but not before some water leaked into the trailer causing some siding de-lamination and a small soft spot in the flooring near the ramp. There is also a soft spot in the floor at the entry door. Both spots are roughly 2 feet in diameter and the framing was not affected. A simple plywood patch would fix it. This toy hauler is not in perfect condition, but everything works. Comes with a 4000K Onan generator, Fuel tank with electric pump, awning, and much more.
