Great condition , no rips , no leaks , recently re siliconed the hard top , had a small leak which is no longer , no damage was caused from this small leak , floor has NO Soft spots , camper has a king bed a queen bed and a table that turns to a twin bed , stove top cooking surface that runs on propane , a sink , fridge was just an ice box I converted to a storage space. Tons of cabinets and drawers for storage silverware pots pans grill etc. this camper is in excellent condition Only issue is the 2 small bulb lights won’t work and I can’t figure out why. All outlets work and I use lamps or stringed Edison bulbs inside and they work far better than the mini bulbs. And a 3 cabinet latches could be replaced for locking purposes besides that it’s mint This is a 2 owner and has only been in my family since first purchase. My father owned it and I bought it for 3000 when he upgraded. Can be seen anytime it’s open in my driveway and ready to go. My asking price is solid !!! I’ve seen them in much worse condition for slightly less and in the same condition for far more $ , please look at pics , and read description , no fridge , no oven , no ac / heat , no bathroom … it’s roughing it in style. No more no less worth every penny. I’ve used a portable toilet in it and stay at campgrounds with showers , coolers and grill cooking is my style if that sounds like you , this is the pop up that fits your needs.
