Pre war 30s vintage Elgin womens skip chain bicycle. These bikes are revered for their craftsmanship and quality. They were one of the first fendered bikes that allowed riding in wet conditions. This bike is complete as found with all bearings free moving (headstock, crank and wheels). Bikes in this condition ( complete) get anywhere from 400 - 700 dollars. A full restoration will yield a unique one of a kind bicycle with a high resale value some fetching thousands of dollars. Im asking 350 or best offer.
