General: I have been buying used cars all my life and this establishment was very upfront, honest, kind and helpful. I would shop here again. They have lots of options for vehicles.

Customer Service: Ahmed and Lorenzo are amazing. They were willing to email us information before visiting as well as let us inspect the vehicle by ourselves and set up an appointment to drive the vehicle. They were both very friendly, accommodating and authentic. They are not looking to nickel and dime you, but really care about their customers.

When they say there is no such thing as a dumb question, they mean it. No matter your car knowledge they will answer your questions and give their professional opinion.

They have a nice and easy test route to try out the car. They don't pressure you but leave you time to decide. They do have financing options or you can come with your own.

Establishment: The establish is smaller is one door. There is also a cat that sometimes hang out outside. The chairs are comfy enough when you may or may not have to wait. They are a smaller operation but that adds to their one-on-one time they offer with each customer.

I have gone both at the beginning and end of the day and the detail to service and personal touch was stellar both times.

Parking and ADA: I would recommend parking on the street and walking into the lot. There is lots of street parking. There is a ramp into the building but may require some items to be moved

Stacked Parking: As there are lots of cars and the one you may be interested might be buried. I recommend calling ahead to get access or arriving early.

Other Things: If you are bringing in a vehicle to be traded, they may be able to take but also may not but luckily there is a CarMax very nearby.
