(48” tall x 20” x 20”) Moderate wear on the top scratching post, but otherwise it’s in excellent condition. Bottom cabinet has a door and is big enough for a cat box, bed, or toy storage. There’s a side-entry cutout to access it. NOTE: The top platform extends further than the middle platform or the cabinet because the tree is designed to fit next to a window. Small cat tree w/2 scratching posts. (23” tall x 15.5” x 15.5”) Sisal on scratching posts has been partially replaced. Moderate wear on one post, otherwise it’s in great condition. Both cat trees are heavy duty and can support a cat up to 25lbs! 👉 3 litter boxes w/2 metal scoopers. Triangular box (8” tall x 24” wide x 18” deep), rectangular box (10.5” tall x 18” wide x 24” deep), and top-entry box (16” tall x 23” wide x 15.5” deep). Comes with a quarter bag of pine pellet litter and a full, unopened bag of wheat litter. (My zany cat did chew on the bag due to his crinkle sound addiction. The chewed areas are taped up so litter doesn’t leak everywhere.) Everything’s in excellent, reasonably clean condition and ready to transport. 👉 Fountains & Bowls, etc—6 stainless steel food/water bowls (2 large, 2 medium, and 2 small). Comes with 2 elevated wire holders. 1 glass cat treat container w/stainless steel lid, 1 plastic screwtop treat container w/blue lid, 1 plastic flip-top pet food storage container (capacity = 4 lbs) all containers are clean/empty. 2 stainless steel electric pet fountains!! 1 is Rellaty brand w/double-sided water spouts and a window to view water level. The power supply is integrated. Like new condition. Only used for a few weeks, so the filter has plenty of life. The other is a Uahpet wireless fountain, w/removable charging cable. Water spout has motion-detector option or intermittent dispensation option (15 min intervals, I believe). This one was the favorite. Excellent condition, but the filter and sponge will need to be changed. Comes with replacement filters/sponges!! The fountains alone are worth over $100.
