Let me start off by saying, I haven’t yet purchased the vehicle. Hopefully today will be the day. I’ve been looking at a beautiful 2015 Mustang GT, I do not live in Miami, I live in Tampa, this experience has been amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much communication while coming up with courage to go through with the purchase.

GianLuca, (I’m sorry my phone keeps auto correcting your name) has been so amazing. He reached out a few days ago, and I told him I live in Tampa which is roughly 4 hours away. He told me they will ship the car to me.

He sent me photos, and when asked for a video of it being started. He went above and beyond, to send me it starting, the idle under the hood and after it warmed up, revving it very lightly so I can have an idea on it.

Truly amazing customer service. I would come back to this dealership all the time.

If you want a car that is NOT SAFE or NOT DRIVABLE you come to the right place. We bought a car from Infantino on November 29th. Once we got the car home we noticed the car was sold with tires that are badly worn, not safe, coming apart and no windshield wipers. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. They provide no customer service after you purchase the vehicle. They have a "D" rating from the Better Business Bureau. A "D" rating is horrible. How you would feel if your son or daughter has a D on their report card?

Claudio Infantino should feel ashamed to know his name is associated with such poor customer satisafction. I'm wondering if any of the other Infantino businesses have the same poor customer satisfaction. I know the names of all businesses registered to Claudio Infantino and to the current president of Infantino Motors, Vanessa Garcia. I know they don't want me to name all of the business here in this review (so they shouldn't test me).

There are some fake online reviews that are positive but they are most likely from family members. Please look at the real reviews. There are many online reviews that tell similar experiences like ours. We all can't be wrong. Read all of the reviews and then decide for yourself. I wish we read them before buying from Infantino.

We called infantino the day after purchasing the car and was promised new tires and wipers. We live 3 hours away so they agreed to ship the tires and wipers to us. After more than 40 calls and close to a month and a half later I placed a very bad review online. This got their attention. They asked me to remove the bad review then they would ship the tires and asked me to pay the shipping. I removed the review but refused to pay the shipping because they promised to cover the shipping cost previously and they shouldn't have sold a car with unsafe tires in the first place.

After several heated arguments on the phone they offered to split the shipping cost. We paid half the shipping because we just wanted to get the tires so we can finally drive the car again. The car is not safe to drive with the tires it came with. Finally on January 8th (40 days after the car purchase) we received the tires only to realize they shipped used tires, one had a hole in it that was patched. The replacement tires were bad but at least they were not coming apart. We took the used tires to a local shop to be installed only to find out most shops will not install used tires. So we still can't drive the car.

To make matters worse, even if the car was drivable we still didn't have the registration and license plates that we paid for when the car was purchased. The temp tag expired on December 28th. After more heated arguments and many more phone calls, the tag and registration finally arrived on January 17th. This is another one of their practices. If you complain about issues with the car they hold your tags for a very long time. I read another review where the same thing happenedto someone else.

So today now that we finally have the registration we were finally able to take the car to a shop we found that would install the used tires. While at the shop the mechanic had the car on the lift and saw that the steering rack is not good and needs to be replaced right away. The steering rack was so bad you can move it by hand and it was installed with zip ties. Was not even bolted onto the car. If I bring this to Rene's or Augustine's attention, they will say "you bought the car as is" just like they reminded me several times. They reminded many other customers based on other negative reviews I read. They really should change the name of the dealership from Infantino Motors to "As Is" Motors. Don't buy a car from here. Once they get your money you’re on your own.
Don’t fall into their trap.
