Vintage ( Elegant-Style ) 925 Sterling Silver & Blue Sapphire Encrusted Moissanite Ring Band Charm

I'm selling a 925 sterling silver & blue sapphire vintage elegant-style ring.  This ring is size 7 and weighs 6.2 grams.  This ring is marked "925" on the inside of the shank.  This ring has 30 small round blue diamonds, and 20 small white baguette diamonds, which I have no idea if these are actual legit baguette's.  I also don't know the carat weights, although the item is missing just two of the smaller stones on one side, this is hardly noticeable. Furthermore, please refer to the pictures to judge the condition for yourself.  The ring in the pictures is the ring you will receive upon purchase of this listing. However, this item does hold sentimental value and has been in my family for years, no decades!
