I only gave them a 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.  Man, I've been buying cars all my life and this one takes the cake.  Calling these people scammers is unfair because I knew what I was getting into, but even after all that I still am astonished at how shady these people can be.  The car I purchased from them has left me stranded probably 5 times already and I don't think it has been 6 months yet since I bought the car.  You would think that the warranty they provide would be a good thing...but they aren't truthful.  First, you have to pay a deductible for them to repair the car.  Second, if you are a couple days late on your car payment.... they will fix the car but will not release it to you unless you bring the balance down to zero.  And don't waste your breath trying to negotiate with them.  I'm pretty sure that whole area is filled with junk cars and scammers....but whoever is thinking about buying another car should try Nice Car as a very very very last option.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, in the beginning it will feel like a great deal then you’ll realize you’ve been PLAYED, they will not tell you the titles are rebuilt and what you would pay biweekly you can go elsewhere and pay monthly. Renting from here put some of the biggest stress on me I have ever had, only after 1 month of having the car. Car ran hot and I was blamed, then fixed while still making payments and then RAN HOT AGAIN, car broke down on me a total of 4 times, oh and then the transmission went out, this is ALL IN A MATTER OF 6 months. The Car shop Shelby that services they’re cars will blantantly tell you have been scammed because of course they’re the ones that deal with the cars and the customers sadly the irritation and stress this company puts on the customer the shop deals with, ALEX DOES NOT CARE AT ALL what he does care about is if you’re payments have been made not if you’re car has broken down numerous of times. Leaving that car there was the best thing I could have ever done I was sold a 2017 Kia cadenza with high mileage paying every 2 weeks 475+ and was blessed with way better again with a monthly car note, WHATEVER YOU DO, don’t do it!!!!! It will seem so cool in the beginning and hurt in the long run. NICE CAR DEALERSHIP WAS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE BUT IM SURE FROM REVIEWS they’re clentile will continue to lesson and they’re horrible company will continue to speak for itself lol.

Jimmy is the man , serious on his business and make sure to take care of his customers I can't complain at all I only deal with Jimmy for years and I can say I can go in with eyes closed and I can trust that he will take care of me to the best of his ability everytime thank you again

Let me just say this to anyone wanting to buy a car at this dealership or any dealership.

when you test drive the car , take it to advanced auto or auto zone while you are test driving it.

on 3/1/2024 i bought a car from nice car inc. i was so excited to buy the car because it came with a warranty. however, i bought the car for $1500 and paid $200 for the warranty so thats $1700 in total. me and my cousin test drove the car for a while. still no issues. on my way home the car started smoking, shaking, couldn't go pass 60 mph. i was so scared i thought the car was gonna blow up like in movies. i grabbed my phone to record. since im far away from hollywood florida where this dealership is i had a mechanic come out and fix my issues he said the radiator had a hole in it and sensors were placed in the wrong spot.

moral of the story is, before you buy a car make sure your getting ur money worth because this was so sad , i would never do this to anyone and it seemed like they didn't care about my well being.

Asked if there was a tracker in the car so I could also track the car for myself when my kid drives they lied to me and told me there was no tracker I found it a few days later there scammers do not shop here
