We purchase this trailer from a local family approximately 2 years ago. Used it for two summers. I honesty hate to see it go, but considering our family plans for next 2.5 years, we will not be able to use it much at all, and no point in having it just sit there. In December 2022 and 2023, it was properly winterized by a local RV shop in Marysville. All water lines have been cleaned and sanitized. I have a reserved parking spot in Marysville at a rate of $95/month (this is very cheap), which I can transfer to the name of the new owner, if desired. This is a great unit for a smaller family (5-6 people) and is ready to be utilized right away. I have the title on hand.
