Chas Parker No. 3000. American, late 19th-early 20th century. A double-wheeled cast iron coffee mill in original paint, with original sliding lid, secured to wood base, embossed The Cha's Parker Co. / Meriden Conn. U.S.A. on wheels, No. 3000 on lid, and The Cha's Parker Co. Makers / Meriden Conn. U.S.A. on top of base; oah. 14.5, wd. 12.5 in. (with handle). This model is referenced and pictured in Antique Coffee Grinders: American, English, and European by Michael L. White and Judith A. Sivonda (Atglen, PA: Schiffer Publishing, 2001) on page 190. I’m asking $800 obo. I’ll consider trades of silver, gold, weapons, coins, art, and antiques of value.
