I am selling a pair of legendary JBL L166 Horizon speakers—a classic of 1970s Hi-Fi audio. These are a rare find and sound absolutely incredible! Key Details: Functionality: 100% EXCELLENT functional order. All drivers (woofers, midranges, tweeters) are working perfectly and sound clean, warm, and powerful. Woofers were re-coned years back by a place called “Around The Sound” in Seattle. Cosmetic Condition: Fair to Good. The cabinets are original and have a true vintage look. They show their age with various cosmetic flaws: Some typical nicks, dings, and scratches on the edges and sides. Metal Grilles: Probably need a cleaning but are in good shape. If you are looking for a pair of vintage JBL speakers with that amazing signature sound, but don't want to pay collector prices for mint cabinets, this is your pair. They sound beautiful and are ready for a new home! Local Pickup only. Happy to demo them so you can hear them before buying.
