2006 Yamaha Transport 5th Wheel, Toyhauler RV

This would be a great way to camp luxuriously or even live in, depending on what you're looking for! There is a master bedroom with private door, sink, bathroom and shower. The living room has red and black leather looking couch and 2 dining room bench seats. (One of the dining room seats was taken out for more space but kept safe for putting back in if wanted, along with the dining room table.) Surround sound speakers to go with TV. Kitchen area has stove with plenty of burners. Counter space, decent sized fridge and freezer and double sink. There is tons of storage and cabinet space throughout this rv! There's a loft area in the living room for a bed or another big area of storage, with a ladder for easy accessibility. At the back of the rv there is a bunk bed that comes down electronically. (Red and black leather like material as well. It can be turned into a couch that faces either way or left up if you plan to put atvs. Ramp opens in the back. I was also told it was once used as a second shower and bathroom so it could be used to set that up again if you wanted to put in the work. Outside shower and cooking ability I believe. Never used it personally. Slideouts and everything work perfectly. There is a canopy area that slides out for shelter from rain or just some shade. Pictures are pretty messy because they are from when I first was moving in. Everything would be cleaned out before purchase. $30,000 or best offer. Willing to negotiate!
