Gas fire place gas log stove insert 14 months old

Gas log fireplace nearly new as was installed in the last location 14 months ago works perfectly set up for thermostat control thermostat included. Logs inside are realistic and well-made along with having the embers that look like coles as the gas flame heats them up and makes them glow. Includes pipe and 90 to get you to the wall but not exterior vent cap. Face frame has a bit of mortar from the tile that was installed around it but should clean up fine and may need a little high temp black paint to touch up new this fireplace was $1750 Today first 500 takes it. Can deliver within reason it is currently in Lake Stevens. Definitely has no problems and should give you years and years of trouble free service as it is barely used.
