This is a sub I bought at Hi-Tech Car audio in El Cerrito, CA. They are a licensed Alpine retailer. It has never been used, as i bought it and then never bought the box or the amp, and now I want a different setup. Official name is the Alpine SWR-1542D/BA. Ill say this...i had an Alpine Type R 12inch sub dual 2ohm voice coils in a sealed box, and my god, that thing made my hairs stand up and my organs vibrate while still remaining very clear. I can only imagine what this would do with a nice amp (Kicker KX1200.1 perhaps?). You will be in bass heaven. Thanks everyone!
