Modular pieces so can be rearranged. There are some large and heavy pieces, so 2 or more people required for pickup. Please note that you will need to move the sofa pieces downstairs. Used condition, only 4yrs old. Sold AS IS with broken recliners and some cat scratches (hidden) inside the back.
