Two bedroom mobile Home located at Twin Palms in Rio Hondo Texas. We couldn't fit all the pictures of the home in this listing for more photos respond to this message. There is only one previous owner. Who was responsible for not only funding the $10,000 Kitchen make-over! But also designing and constructing the beautiful oak cabinets & countertops. While standing in the kitchen you can see the front room that fits 3 recliners, a TV, and a large TV stand. The front door is between the kitchen and Living room. This leads out to the screened-in front porch. You can enjoy the beautiful days out here in the country only minutes away from Padre Island and many beaches for a quick retreat. One of the things I love most about my front room is the 8 different windows allowing me to add a little sunshine to my day. The additional three windows in the kitchen also add brightness into a hallway where shelving and a washer and dryer are conveniently next to the master bedroom and guest room as well as a guest bathroom with a three-way mirror, shower, and is very spacious. Exiting the bathroom you can take a right and view the guest bedroom which has a large closet. As you exit the guest room to the right is my master bedroom with its bathroom and shower. Currently, I have a couch that folds out into a bed, my queen size bed, a Vanity, and I still, have plenty of room to walk through the master bedroom onto our back patio & outdoors hallway with railing and screen to ensure you can enjoy the beautiful weather. This leads out to another huge building, 18x20, which is fully insulated with Wood laminate floors & 8 large storage cabinets. Currently, I am using this for my quilting room! It has also been a production studio where my Son started doing live broadcasts and is fit for just about anything you can imagine. This room has 12 different wall outlets to ensure electrical outlets are never a problem. 4 large windows keep it well lit and a Window unit air-conditioner that does an amazing job of cooling this large space. Finally, if when you walk out of the quilt room you will notice sets of stairs and railing which both lead to the beautiful Bermuda grass. If you take a right turn you can head back to the newly built shed that has plenty of storage space and has electricity with two workbenches for those who like to get things done! I almost forgot the carport is awesome which currently is storing my SUV and Golf cart comfortably. This brings us to the question of how much will this little gem cost you. Many variables go into that. Which very on what you would like to keep in the home. You can take it fully or partly furnished. Also, my son is 6' 5', and makes unloading your things into your new home a breeze so can come to relax in your new vacation home with Ease! For those who are just looking and are not in a financial position to buy, I don't mind sending photos but I would rather have someone that is looking and ready to buy. As I would usually have a register do this but she won't be back in town until next month. This is the park model and is a much more valuable home than your average manufactured home. As the miles used to build and design both inside and outside of the home are all quality and pricy. If you're looking for your average $25,000 $35,000 manufactured home that has the new look for an average of 3 to 4 years before the quality of materials starts to decay and fall apart or need repair, then you out of luck!
