1991 Rexhall Airex 31’ (30’3”) Ford E550 Super Duty 55,000 original miles, runs and drives very well. This model is the Airex 829-I, chassis 460 EFI, Class A motorhome. Has a new engine battery, the fuel tank capacity is 40 gallons. Captains chairs, couch (folds into a bed), dinette (folds into a bed) kitchen with stove, double sink, microwave (new, not original), mini fridge (new) RV fridge included however it needs repair. A/C and heat. Rear bedroom with brand new Queen RV mattress. Bathroom with toilet, sink vanity and separate shower. Lots of storage. Original (blue) upholstery in decent condition. Sleeps 5-6. Have a pdf link for the Rexhall Airex owners manual, so quite helpful. Fresh water tank (66 gallon,under bed), grey water (36 gallon) and black water (31 gallon) tanks, all in great working condition. Multiple external storage compartments. Permanent dual propane tanks were filled last year. The outer shell over the steel frame is fiberglass, not ‘rubber’, quite different from other manufacturers. (See pictures) Very comfortable ride! It has factory air bags that make the ride very smooth. Given the age there is wear and tear however it is functional cosmetically and mechanically sound. It could use some TLC though it never hampered our use. We got to have fun, it never left us stranded, it was clean and functional had full use of all the amenities at a much cheaper cost. We didn’t care that it wasn’t perfect cosmetically. The only reason we’re selling it is due to an upcoming move. Tanks were emptied when we winterized it last. Available to show it on weekends and in the evenings during the week, located in Marysville. $6,200 obo. Reasonable offers will be considered. The 4th picture showing floor plans: the 829-I is the actual floor plan however the chair opposite the couch had been removed before we bought it.
