These are in excellent vintage condition retaining the Jesper label on the back of one of the nightstands. These will make great nightstands for a bedroom or end tables in a living space. The furniture factory was established as Hundevad & Co. and was run by skilled Danish cabinet makers who paid high attention to quality and traditional woodworking skills. These same priciples play and important role in their production today. In 1990. the company became Jesper Office as Hundevad & Co. merged with Danish furniture manufacturer, Jesper Internationa Danish furniture designer and producer Poul Buch Hundevad was born in Vamdrup in 1917. Hundevad trained as a carpenter before establishing his own cabinetmaking shop and furniture factory, Hundevad & Co., at the beginning of the 1950s in his hometown.
