Lunacy for the Sega Saturn. This game is complete and comes with both discs, its original case, map, and manual. Both discs were tested and are working as shown in the photos. The map has some light pencil marks from its previous owner. I have highlighted these areas in the photos. Please inspect photos closely for the best depiction of the items condition. The manual still has the registration card attached. The discs are in excellent condition.
