56"w x 35.8"d x 31.5"h. West Elm loveseat made of top-grain leather, has a natural, soft finish that will scuff and develop a beautiful patina. This loveseat is in good condition but has some scratches on the side and back and indentations on the back and is priced accordingly. It has worn really well and looks beautiful! Retails for $1,700. We have loved owning it but recently are moving and need to sell. Has been in a home with pets as you can see - cat not included. Non smoking home though! Needs to be picked up by June 5th.
