1981 Cal 31

Great little boat, engine overheats. I have two boats, and so many other projects and don’t have time to figure this one out. The engine will start right up, forward reverse, no problem. Sales are in good condition. Lots of spare parts. No known leaks. Dinghy not included, outboard, not included. Spinnaker included. One Danforth anchor only. Everything appears to work as it should on the boat. Fuel, 20 gall Water, 40 gall Holding tank, 10 gallons manual Atomic universal engine 20HP Stereo and speakers, both inside and in cockpit. Fully enclosed cockpit canvas, windows need repaired. But fully enclosed. Solar installed on the boat. Can easily go for days if not using a lot of power. Roughly 50 feet of chain and 200 feet of road. No winless. Purchase this boat in 2022 and sailed her until this year, where the engine started overheating. Shortly after we purchased a new 40 foot boat. I’m certain it’s an easy fix, I just don’t have time right now. Muied at Hylobos marina, yes, the slip is transferable, no, it does not offer live aboard slips.
