Haier portable a/c unit (about 1 year old). Excellent condition and perfectly functional. It is capable of cooling over 500sqft of room space to whatever temp you want. Very quiet in comparison to how quickly it will cool a room. I am turning the room it is currently stored in into a nursery for my child and we installed air conditioning in our condo, so we simply have no use for it anymore. Also, it has several different settings such as dehumidify mode, not just heating and cooling.
