Berg Furniture Twin Over Full bunk bed set (model # 22-816) purchased new in 2014 for my daughter. Set is essentially an all-in-one unit with plenty of built in storage and would be ideal for smaller spaces. In addition to the two beds, set includes stairs (with pullout storage) to access top bunk, a set of 5 pullout drawers with shelves for books, a large drawer underneath the full bed, a headboard (w/more storage and reading light). Overall size of the unit when assembled is ~ 8 ft wide x 7 ft deep x 5 ft high. Only selling because my daughter has outgrown it. This bed normally sells for ~ $3200 new without mattresses. Unit is currently disassembled in my storage unit, so buyer will have to reassemble it and will need a truck and dolly since some of the pieces are somewhat large and heavy.
