This battery looks rough but it has been professionally refurbished with brand new batteries and works perfectly! Save a lot of money with this plus the charger. These batteries alone usually sell for $70 plus tax. I paid $50 through ebay and am taking a loss by selling it with the charger. I'm selling because I moved to a different brand power tool. Bring a compatible tool if you would like to test it out before buying. Fuel gauge shows full and I will show you it charges with the included charger.
