The Korg TRITON taktile-49 may very likely be your "desert island" USB/MIDI keyboard controller. It goes well out of its way to make sure you don't even have to touch your computer keyboard if you don't want to, and even has 512 built-in sounds from the Korg TRITON workstation. Its cool X/Y pad gives you complete creative control over effects and synths, but it can also double as a trackpad for your mouse pointer.
