Description

This is a 10,000 BTU unit but it performs better than that imo. My loft is incredibly difficult to cool in the summer and this kept my upstairs bedroom cool so I could sleep. I’ve had this for 4 summers and it still works great (has been stored indoors for the rest of the year.) I no longer have the remote, but this comes with a plexiglass panel that can be cut down further to fit your window. Pickup is in SLU in a condo building with an elevator. You would need to carry this down one flight of stairs (12 steps) in my loft, but this unit isn’t very heavy. Selling cheap to get it gone before holiday houseguests arrive.
