This sofa with chaise will be available starting Wednesday 10/29. It is FREE. It definitely shows wear. The nubby fabric is great and cleans up well with a fabric shaver and steam cleaner. The cushions still feel good and comfortable. You can clean up the fabric by using the fabric shaver which we have done many times with success. PLEASE SEE IMAGES FOR WEAR TO THE FABRIC If you are allergic to cats, please note that cats have been on the sofa and chaise even though we vacuum it weekly. There are two separate pieces that connect together. A truck is needed to move it. The dimensions are 117 inches along the back sofa. 86 inches in the chaise dimensions 42 inches deep on the chaise part. 36 inches deep on the sofa part. The sofa/chaise was purchased from Scandinavian Design Furniture store in Irvine We live in Rancho Santa Margarita, 92688, major cross streets are Santa Margarita Pkwy and Melinda.
