20 ft. Perris Pacer (5th Wheel Trailer)

I bought the trailer in July 2015 and lived in til 0ctober 2017. I just got a bigger one, I no longer need it. It's in Fair condition. * Plumbings are running good with no leaks, shower and faucets are working in good conditions. (As shown on photos) * Electricals are in good and in working conditions. Main lights is fully functional. (as shown on photos) * All outlets are good and also in good working conditions. I took the liberty to plug a t.v. and a lamp to all outlets to see. (As shown on photos) * If more room is needed the dining table is removable. And there is a storage place underneath the bedding area for it. * It has a closet, lots of drawers and few good size cabinets for storage if needed. * As for the the furnace, stove and stove vent, I do not know if it works. I have never used them as I was living in it. ( ? ) * There is a deginated s pace for a decent size refrigerator as well. ( As shown on photos) * The right wheel is in good condition and ready to go. But the left one is questionable. Either way if not, I have a spear that is good. (As shown on photos) There are few major repairs that are needed. - no A/C. There was a ceiling a/c that came with at the time I purchased it but it broke on me, so I removed it and seal the roof (didn't replace it cause I never needed one). You can replace the a/c if you'd like, the cut out for the a/c still exist. Including the wires. - the back wall of the bathroom has been dry rotted so may need to be replaced. Not sure bad it is. (As shown on picture) - there is 2 vents on the roof that will need to be replaced. (As shown on photos) - And some minor cosmetics. So if you're interested my asking price is 1,300.
