Literally like new, no stains or rips. Comes with four throw pillows and IKEA pillow. Large area rug is free of stains and well maintained. 10 feet by 8 feet. Instant living room setup! Only available for pickup on July 27th or 28th when my movers come to move it downstairs from apartment. Delivery available depending on location. Delivery is drop off only- CANNOT move into house/apartment. Happy to show it before purchase if interested.
