After coming from a very bad experience at a different dealership feeling helpless, we met with Zack and he had over all OUTSTANDING customer service. He had spent over 8 hours helping us make this deal when our bank was giving us problems and insurance was expensive he went over and beyond helping us find cheaper prices AND helped us get the car same day while there was many obstacles, he did not give up on us like many would have.
