Brand new tires. 200 watt solar system with MPPT solar charger and 150 AMP hour 12-volt battery bank. Reese distributing hitches and sway control. JT Strong Arm Jack stabilizers to minimize side to side and front to back movement when camped. Memory foam added to queen mattress. No leaks. In great condition with the exception of awning which needs to be replaced (~$500). Asking $7000. Not interested in trades and not in a hurry to sell so no low ball offers please.
