Description

If you are looking for a vehicle that gives you all the modern touches of a luxury sedan but drives like a sports car when you want it to and has the AWD grip you need for CO then the Audi A4 should be at the top of your list. US News says The Audi A4 is widely regarded as among the best-performing sedans built today. You'll have to look long and hard to find a car that blends driving satisfaction, safety, convenience, practicality, great finish and reasonable ownership cost as well as the A4. New Car Test Drive Car and Driver says This is a sweet ride, it attacks the road and Here's a car that will compensate for all sorts of driver errors without complaint or excessive stability-control intrusion -- and in total comfort. For the guy who indulges his inner racer for about 10 minutes every other month, the A4 is a friend indeed. This is the S-Line version that gives you a much better looking body and rims that make it look like the more expensive S4 without the much higher price. This is also the 2.0 turbo charged 4 cylinder engine. If you are debating between the turbo 4 and the V6 know that this engine has more torque til about 4500 rpm at sea level. At Denver altitude and higher (mountains) the naturally aspirated V6 is very likely slower in all aspects than the turbo 4 and gets worse gas mileage. Plus, if you want more power it is FAR easier to modify the turbo 4 than the V6. Autos MSN says (at sea level) The four-cylinder's turbocharger provides immediate boost without a whiff of turbo lag and helps the base car out-accelerate the V-6 up to 50 mph. When speeds reach 80 mph, the V-6's superior horsepower helps it to slowly pull away from the four-cylinder, but up to that speed, the two are identical. So the V-6 is certainly more expensive, but it's not really any quicker than the base engine. The A4 is solid and appealing, joyfully tackling twisting roads and taking every turn in stride. Despite a taut suspension, the ride is magnificent on smooth roads and recovery is swift when you hit a bump, reports Cars.com Edmunds comments Thanks to its available Quattro all-wheel-drive system, the A4 is capable of providing both enhanced traction on slippery roads and better road-holding on dry pavement, CNET says Audi's all-wheel-drive Quattro system gives the Audi A4 incredible handling, its most impressive feature. I think the black on black paint scheme is the best looking A4. It also has all the options you want in a luxury sedan like automatic climate control, leather, and a sunroof. With the S line look of the S4, and the combination of the turbo engine and quattro AWD, you have one impressive performance sedan. It has no history of any accidents. It has 4 matching Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ high performance all season tires and was traded in at a local new car dealer. It s always a good indication that a car has been well maintained when you see top of the line, expensive tires (most agree the Pilot Sports are the highest performing all seasons you can buy) and was a trade in at a big dealership. My reasoning is, generally, new dealer car buyers have money and people with money take better care of their cars. It is very clean inside and out and was likely garage kept based on the very shiny black paint still looking new. Denver 7 News recently reported Drivers will have to have four-wheel or all-wheel drive, or special tires or traction devices, between September and June starting this year if they are hitting the 127-mile stretch of Interstate 70 between the foothills outside of Denver and Colorado s Western Slope. You will no longer be allowed past Idaho Springs nine months out of the year without special snow (not just all season) tires or all wheel drive. What do you think that will do to the prices of all wheel drive cars like this one? You better buy one fast while you still can. Call or text 303-902-7797 anytime from 7am til 9pm to ask questions or to schedule a test drive.
