Many ellipticals in this price range only provide an 18-inch step length, but this one goes up to 20 inches. That means if you’re between 5-foot-3 and 6-feet, this should accommodate you well. If you’re not sure, consider that most commercial ellipticals at the gym have 20-inch stride lengths. Height-wise, this elliptical will work for most, but what about weight? The NordicTrack E 7.0 elliptical trainer has a 300-pound user weight capacity, which isn’t bad. Some cross-trainers only accommodate up to 225 pounds, so I’d say this one will work for most people. You’ll have to put some energy in to build the elliptical’s momentum and get it moving, but it’s not so much that it’ll be hard on your joints.
