*****+PENDING PICK UP****** This is a 2011 Grandee model, top of the line, WORKING hot tub. The filters are 4-5 years old and work great. We bought our house 6 years ago and this was left here and practically new. We have used it about 10-12xs a year but now need the space. It includes the gazebo top that slides open on all four sides. It seats 7 people comfortably. The cover opens and closes but we use a hook to hold it up, the latch that locks it in place broke. It has been filled and we can show you how it works- we are currently using it ourselves until it sells. It has a color wheel water fountain feature and different settings for the bubbles and lighting options. We have contacted the Spa Delivery Company and you would need to coordinate/pay for removal as there is only a side gate to get it out and the gazebo is very complicated to tear down/reassemble and can share details if you are interested OR you can make arrangements to move it yourself.
