This company has been doing business for 70 years. Anything and everything can be replaced on these chairs. Even touch up paint. Which these don't need. Caesar's Palace uses this brand of chair and the gaming industry. To buy a brand new pair of these would cost $550. Please do your research. One chair is perfect. With the other having the 2 blemishes that is pictured. Thank you.
