Monday, March 3 I ended up being carless we are not even going to get into that story anyways I knew I needed a new car so I started doing my research to find the best car dealership around me I had seen Carmax had a lot of car options and we ended up getting preapproved for one with a low down payment so I was excited to go up there but that same night I started looking at the reviews they had and let me tell you they were not good I am a person that actually looks at the reviews and if it has a bad rating I will not go there so I decided to keep on searching and that’s how I came across The Car Lot , I started looking at all their cars online and found 3 good options they all had very low mileage for very good prices, I looked at all the reviews and they had awesome reviews I did not find not one bad review . Me and my fiancé ended up going there Wednesday morning and let me tell you as soon as we walked up we got greeted by a young gentleman , we met Hector right away he was outside cleaning all the vehicles , he told us that we were able to look at any car the keys were inside , any car that we were interested in for a test drive they will let us drive it,I felt very welcomed . I was first interested in a Chevy Malibu because it had very low mileage for a very good price but then I seen my Toyota Corolla it was a 2023 and it also had a very low mileage therefore that one became my number one car I was not expecting to get a car that new and I also wasn’t planning to have to spend a lot of money. We took it for a test drive and we let Hector know that we were really interested in that car. We went inside and Lianna started helping us with all the paperwork,  this is a family owned business and you can tell they really care about their customers , i’ve never been to no car dealership where I get treated this nice. We ran to a couple issues with the paperwork but Hector was not the person that was going to give up he was determined to get us the car that we needed and that we fell in love with and wanted , somehow they worked their magic where they got us approved with a low monthly payment, I really appreciate everything that they helped us with. I honestly can say I wouldn’t have gotten a better deal anywhere else, I also forgot to mention how nice they were to my son as well, Hector gifted my son a play car and had him sign a car lease lol my son felt like such an adult and loved his car as well. Thank you guys for being so helpful and genuine and thank you for actually caring about what you do I will forever be grateful !!!! I wish you were able to get more than five stars because it is definitely deserved!!❤️
