Fifth wheel Toy hauler

Ragen Fifth wheel 2008 27 ft toy hauler. Just needs some tlc and the price reflects that. If you’re handy in anyway, this is an easy project. What it needs: It needs new Flooring, new batteries and new toilet and a deep clean. It Fits my 2 seater can am and my dirt bikes. I recommend a new head toilet, floor tear out and new mattress for the large master bedroom . It also needs a fridge. Large bathroom has great use of space. The very back of the trailer folds out to form a ramp to roll your motor toys and favorite travel gear right inside. No roof leaks. Has I drop down queen size bed from the ceiling which suspends the bed as well as the master and two more double beds in the center that fold into a dinner table and also two double size beds after the toys and glamping gear is out. Plenty of storage outside of rv trailer. When I last left it 9 mths ago the plumbing and the Owan generator worked great.. Has some outside paneling damage but the repair is easy. Again price reflects well lower then any repairs that are needed. Enjoy and happy travels.
