Fender American Special P Bass

Looking for an American made P Bass that doesn’t break the bank? Look no further. This bass has served me well over the past several years but the time has come to part ways. It has a nice satin finish over the alder body, maple neck, and it was professionally set up with flat wound strings by Mose Guitars out of La Mesa, San Diego. This bass plays and sounds amazing and has no issues. There‘s some light wear on the finish near the bottom left of the body and the back of the body, but other than that it’s in great condition and the frets have very little wear. What sets the American Special apart from other P Basses is the “grease bucket” circuit activated by turning up the tone pot. Personally, I didn’t use it much, I liked the tone set around 5, but it’s a nice feature to have if you want your sound to really cut through. This is a great bass for a great price. Hope you enjoy!
