Off-set custom built smoker. I have used this a ton and actually used it for my bbq catering business for a while. I’ve gotten something smaller and don’t need this anymore. Custom built by Los Grills in LA. You can see his number in one of the pictures. This smoker is built of all 1/4” steel. The fire box is double walled 1/4” steel and holds the fire perfectly. Holds 250 degrees with the fire door cracked in the built in slot. Box is 24” x 24” and will accommodate full-size logs. Log holder in the fire box is removable. The upper grate is 430 sq in and the lower is 870 making for 1300 sq in of smoking space. Tel Tru gauge works perfect. There is also a Santa Maria style grill on top of the fire box that is a very unique and usable feature! Asking $1900 obo. Not much wiggle room. Price is fair.
