I have to take back what I said about his car sales company it’s a true sham that they fooled me and my daughter on her first car purchase. We thought it was a solid transaction for a great working vehicle I mean the sales person was so convincing that he told us that he has been driving it for a while and it’s the best car on the lot. After one month of owning this car it just so happens that it eats the oil I have to put 32oz every 200+ miles that’s a serious situation if you ask me but there was no cares or mention of this oil problem from the sales man….. shoot he even said they just change the oil that day we pick it up. Not sure why they would not now this if they continuously drove the vehicle all over the place so you know they knew about it they just wanted it off there lot so stay far away from this scam of a place and good luck to who ever buys from here it’s an absolute joke.

My daughter just bought her first car from this place and they were very helpful and really nice. They let me take it to my mechanic, no problem and found nothing wrong with the car. She loves her new car!! I would suggest this place to anyone. We've been to a few places and there cars are very clean and don't stink.

Update 4/23 . I’ve been without my car for over two weeks  . The first few weeks the car was fine , then I started noticing sluggish acceleration , same day the car stopped running , I had to tow my car from Seattle back to Steilacoom , what an inconvenience. Ali assured me all that was wrong with the vehicle was the oxygen sensor . Now I’m learning from mechanic that it’s my engine compression.or the whole engine . 5700 + just sitting . The customer service when I bought the vehicle was amazing still hands down . Please don’t lie to customers about the problems of the vehicles . We are spending our hard earned money .

If I could leave a 0 Star Review I would!!! They sold us a Chevy Captiva which was a LEMON. The repair shop that I took it to right after purchasing said that they used synthetic material to keep the car sounding good. They found internal engine excessive wear, oil contamination, metal shavings and excessive timing chain slap. Recommended an engine replacement which is more than we paid for the vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Some have been lucky but we were not.

Owners are very informative and genuine. Buying the vehicle was straight forward and easy. I looked at multiple cars on this lot, and they were all very well kept and seemed reliable. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
