This is the second time my husband and I have purchased a car from Miami Fine Cars & Truck. My husband initially got a 2018 Ford F150 for an excellent APR and price. The second vehicle is our newest addition, a 2017 GMC Acadia for our expanding family. Both vehicles were kept clean and the transaction was smooth sailing. The sales rep & finance manager are very straight forward, knowledgeable and will not place you in a bad spot financially just to be a dollar off of you. I know my husband and I will be life long customers at this point and will be returning in the near future for my husband's daughter car when she turns 16.

Okay, keep in mind people, we are discussing a used car dealership. So, if you're interested in my perspective, and when I was younger, I sold used cars for a year after getting out of the military.

I came to these guys because Matt fielded my call, he spoke English, and I was tired of dealing with private owners who didn't speak English.
The car that was advertised was probably bait, to be honest, but I wanted to see it. It was a POS, so I let him show me something else. I liked what he showed me, they fixed what was wrong with it, and I bought it. It was in great shape and was a good deal, until l, two weeks later when I went to register it (I live out of state and was gone for 10 days) at DMV in Ft. Myers, and found out it was a 'SALVAGE/REBUILDABLE' title that legally is not road-worthy.
So I called Matt, told him this, and he was aghast.
Sincer? I don't know Matt, but he did say he would help me get it inspected and registered. I said that would be great and that I expected the dealership to pay for the inspection, I'll handle the licensing and registration. That was the last I heard from Matt. This was four days previous.
A lot of this is my fault, I didn't look at the title close enough because the car was/is in GREAT condition. I should have been more wary on the price of this vehicle as well, but in my defense, nobody EVER said it was a salvage/buildable title. That right there comes across, to me, as disho est.
As I mentioned at the beginning, this is a used car dealership we are discussing here. We, as consumers, are targets if we are not attentive and demand a standard of behavior.
I like the car that I bought from them. Do I wish they were more forthright? I do, but after all is said and done, I think I still rec'd a good car for a good price.
REMEBER, though, this is a used car dealership with used car salesman. Mat has pressures placed on him from the owner, and I'm sure that he means to be sincere, but in this business, sincerity isn't really in the equation. One star because I liked Matt, but he also stopped communicating with me when he knew the dealership wasn't going to pay for the title inspection. That right there kind of defines someone's character, and business practices.

First and foremost I’m in the service industry for a luxury brand and our number one priority is customer service. When I visit establishments I expect attention and care, same way I give onto others. One thing I didn’t expect was the sales person Matthew’s dedication and love for his work. He brought me through an experience like no other. He was commutative, kind, transparent, and he worked with integrity. Extremely rare character traits that led me to purchase an F30 used bmw 90k miles with no test drive…. And nearly 2 weeks later I don’t regret it. He did everything he said he’d do, primarily giving me a clean working car with no active lights. If you have a bad experience here I’d think twice about what truly ailed you. I will definitely return for my next purchase!

Spoke with one representative 3 weeks ago. Told me to apply. I had more communication before I applied.  I was told I was approved. Once I sent over proper documents to start the process. I was told I wasn't approved for the vehicle i wanted but they could get me into another vehicle. It's been 3 weeks since any lines of communication. Not even email. Unprofessional wasn't expecting that experience based off the reviews.
