💎 PSA 10 GEM MINT 💎 Pokémon 20 Damage Extra Rule 1998 Vending Series 3 Japanese Card This is from the 1998 vending machine series - glossy card. This is true vintage. This is one of the special cards from sets that were released in Japan before Pokémon ever came to the USA !! They were sold on sheets in vending machines with 4 cards to a sheet and the cards had to be peeled off. A PSA 10 is super rare as these cards most always had edge whitening when peeled off the sheets. This is one of the special cards which were included in only set 3 of the series. It would’ve been the white card on the sheet. Sheet pics for explanation purposes only.
