Grey water, 30 gal black water tank, in overall great condition, heater, A/C, microwave, fridge freezer, oven/stove works good, two bunks, one master bed room, couch kitchen table, out side shower, inside & outside stereo, new flat screen tv, sleeps 8 people. Comes with hitch and stablizers, two propane tanks, RV cover. $12,500 or willing to trade for motor home equal or greater value, clean title in hand. Only reason selling is because I cant bring boat on camping trips so buying a motorhome to pull boat. Serious offers only. Might trade for newer short bed camper for a 2019 Dodge Ram.
