Bought my first car, an older Toyota Camry, here a week ago. The team was very friendly and patient. They accommodated my request to have a mechanic look at the car; the mechanic said the car was in excellent condition.

They also went above and beyond: after I bought the car I had trouble due to user error. They helpfully explained what I had done wrong and how to avoid it. Since then the car has been perfect.

If family or friends are shopping for a car, I won’t hesitate to recommend this place.

You want a JDM mini truck but not spend absurd amounts? These guys get the trucks in, prep and sell them. They buy at auction good quality trucks from Japan for $2-3k, import at a cost of another $1-1.5k, then sell them locally at $5-10k. Yes, they make money, but that is the name of the game. The same trucks and costs at the dealer just a few blocks north charge $12-19k for the same trucks.  Common sense can tell you where your money is best spent at.

I had a wonderful experience with this business.  They were very professional and responsive.  I needed help (after the car was purchased) with some paperwork that I needed mailed urgently.  My request was handled quickly and my questions answered.  I would definitely buy another vehicle at Reality Auto Sales.  Honest and trustworthy, thank you.

We bought a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from this car lot and negotiated a fair price for it after some negotiations. As my husband and I sat in the office I questioned the salesman about the documentary service fee [$200] THAT IS A NEGOTIABLE PRICE .. IT STATES THAT RIGHT ON THE PAPERWORK ---and he looked right at both of us and shook his head no and said that was not on there. Upon getting home now I'm looking over the paperwork today and I see that $200.00 fee is included. I called him this morning and questioned him about it and he claims that he never said that to us (sure is funny my husband and I BOTH heard him say it wasn't on there while shaking his head no) . Everything else was a great experience with them but I felt that this particular move was very dishonest.
For anyone purchasing a vehicle here -or anywhere for that matter-THIS $200 DOCUMENTARY SERVICE FEE IS A NEGOTIABLE FEE AND DO NOT LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE. It is completely negotiable.. even if it becomes $150 instead of $200 it is still negotiable.
And I see that he wants to mention that it had a full tank of gas.. when my husband asked him if he knew how much gas was in the vehicle he didn't even know how much gas was in it. So therefore they did not put that gas in that vehicle-- that was left in that car by the previous owner. So thank you to the previous owner for the full tank of gas ☺️

Went in because we seen a Truck we really liked. They said we had to go look for a bank to loan us before even trying to get a vehicle there. They also said we cant test drive-he comments we did test drive when we NEVER DID!! 🤔 We then asked if they don't send out our info to banks to see if we can qualify for a loan. Took us inside and asked my husband if he had a good Job with good pay…he said he had a good Job with decent Pay and could give 2,500 down and then the guy inside said”you have a good Job and can only give that amount down?” (In a rude way) he then told my husband to look for a bank on his own and my husband asked him how much would i ask the loan to be for and the guy was not being helpful at all he kept telling my husband call the bank first and check if they accept rebuilt vehicles! We left really liking the truck but we will not go back because the service itself and the vibe was definitely the worse! If you are trying to sell the least you can do is be professional and kind !!! He has a copy of my husband’s Lc because my husband kept asking for the amount he would need to request at a bank loan(purchase order) not because he let us test drive. Apparently after reading  good reviews our experience was not good at all!!
