I'm selling my travel trailer because I plan to upgrade to a motorhome or a larger model. This camper has been great, and I have no doubt that it has plenty of years ahead of it, but my family has grown and has different needs.  It has been well cared for and I have all the original documentation. The trailer is ready to camp. I plan to continue to use it throughout the season until it sells so I'm in no rush. The only defect it has is on the slide out awning. The awning has separated from the front part of the track and now droops. I plan to sew it back together, but haven't done so yet. It doesn't seem to dramatically affect the operation of the awning because it's only on one section. Regardless, a slide awning is optional and not necessary for a travel trailer.
