1995 Coachmen Catalina Lite travel trailer. Model 241FK Completely remodeled inside. Vinyl flooring(waterproof), solid wood framing, added bench on side, new fridge, new bed lift system for storage access. New radio and speakers. New cushion for sofa bed. I replaced original fridge for a new stainless steel front one. Needs to be fitted in the space. I’ve never used the water heater or stove but believe they both work fine. I’ve hooked the trailer to direct power, water and bbq outside. Outside is in good shape. Elastomeric paint on roof to seal for leaks. Replaced rims and tires. Only driven it to Orlando and back. Needs exterior road lights to be connected. There’s a new cut on one of the side walls but can be sealed easily. I have the outside slide out awning frame but no canvas-frame included in sale. Trailer rolls good and is in really good shape. Could use some tlc but overall good shape. Asking $3700obo I have clean title on hand.
